The main house accommodates four guests and features a bright and airy living room that opens onto a large sea-view terrace, along with indoor and outdoor dining areas perfect for entertaining. The fully equipped kitchen, guest toilet, and laundry room provide everyday convenience, while the two beautifully appointed bedrooms—each with its own en-suite bathroom—offer privacy and direct access to either a terrace or balcony. The entire house is equipped with air conditioning, heating, and high-speed Wi-Fi via Skylink, and includes a private parking area.
Independent from the main house, the guesthouse welcomes four guests in two comfortable bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. Guests here can enjoy their own private garden with sea views, an outdoor dining space, and a fully equipped summer kitchen. Like the main house, it features air conditioning, heating, and Wi-Fi for a fully self-sufficient stay.
The studio is a separate, open-plan space that sleeps up to three people. It includes a double bed, a single bed, an en-suite bathroom, and a kitchen corner. Its private outdoor area is ideal for relaxing while taking in the sea views, and it also includes air conditioning and Wi-Fi.
For moments of gathering and leisure, the poolhouse offers a large lounge area with two sofa beds, a bar equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, and cooking facilities, as well as a spacious dining area that can seat up to ten guests. A shower room, water closet, and washbasin complete the space, all facing the spectacular seascape. The highlight of the property is the 4x15 meter swimming pool, surrounded by a generous sun terrace with sunbeds—ideal for lounging under the Greek sun. The villa also offers a pétanque court, a baby bed and high chair, and secure parking for up to six vehicles, including one covered space. To ensure a seamless stay, cleaning is provided twice a week, with towels changed twice weekly and sheets changed once a week. The garden and pool are also maintained regularly.
