The property consists of:

1. The first part of the house is composed of two bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom as well as a living room on the mezzanine, a fully equipped kitchen, and a fireplace.

2. The second part of the house is an old Orthodox chapel transformed into a very bright room with 3 meters high ceilings. A bathroom is adjacent to the bedroom.

3. The exteriors of the house are the real strengths of villa Fysi, you can enjoy a dining area, a Moroccan living room as well as a lush garden, and a barbecue.
