ART VILLA

An exceptional, brand-new villa created by a renowned designer, set in the heart of Kampos, the authentic side of Antiparos. The beach of Livadia, a protected natural site, and the luxury hotel Le Rooster are one minute away, and the village is ten minutes away.

The villa is designed for outdoor living. Its centerpiece is a huge open-air living room with a bar and a collection of sofas and lounge areas around a 20-meter swimming pool, all with sea views. Every bedroom has a double bed, an en-suite bathroom and its own private terrace.

The space

The villa has seven bedrooms: two master bedrooms, three large double bedrooms and two smaller double bedrooms. Each one has its own bathroom, a private terrace and air conditioning.

The kitchen is fully equipped, with a fridge, an oven, a dishwasher, an induction hob and a Nespresso machine. The laundry room has two washing machines.

Outside, guests have the 20-meter swimming pool and an outdoor kitchen, along with a foosball table. Parking is available on site, and bikes are provided to explore the island.

Before publishing, check three things. Naming the designer is more persuasive than “renowned”, if you are allowed to. Specify whether “one minute away” is on foot or by car, since guests check this. And add the number of guests the villa sleeps, because it is one of the first things people look for in a 7-bedroom villa. I also wrote “all with sea views” for the outdoor area, so remove it if the view doesn’t cover the whole pool area.
